From being a child she enjoyed everything to do with Design, Art and being Creative. She is an inspired Interior Design Student at The University of Central Lancashire, who is determined and loves learning new things. Throughout University her skills have broadened and she has gained more knowledge using programmes such as Auto Cad, Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Becky has lots of experience in Customer service and Admin skills and currently works for Topshop/Topman. Her passion is Interior Design, and is particularly interested in the more commercial side.

Originating from Jersey, Eunice moved to the North-West to further her learning in the field of creativity and design through pursuing a route down Interiors at UCLan. University has been a valuable experience for Eunice, not only in developing her creative skills set but also in allowing her to gain independence as well as further fuel her passion for travelling and knowledge about the world we live in.

After establishing a keen interest in art and design throughout her teenage years, Emma went on to further develop her creative skills within the field of Interior Design at Uclan. Throughout her time there, her creativity flourished as she was introduced to new computer software and model making techniques that broadened her skills, enabling her to form her own unique design style. University life also helped Emma to become more independent and confident and has been a valuable learning experience. The course has inspired Emma to carry on developing these skills and she will continue to do so after university.

Ibby Hussain enjoyed Art from a young age, after leaving edge end high school in Nelson he did btec in National Diploma in Art and Design in Burnley, then attended  Nelson and Colne College to do As and A levels in Graphics, Fine Art, Textiles and 3D. After finishing them he did foundation art which he got a merit for He then attended Uclan to study in where his passion lies and thanks to Uclan he gaind very good skills and techiniques in photoshop, autocad and sketchup.

Melanie is creative third year interior design student who chose to study on the course after foundation year in art and design at the University tral Lancashire. Melanie has a passion for designis interested in retail design yet she wishes to go into after the course. Melanie enjoy digitalammes such as AutoCAD Photoshop and sketch up. She believes these programmes help  to enhance her design thinking.

Freya's interest in art and design began at a young age, having always studied creative courses she knew this was where she was meant to be. She was first interested in studying architecture, which developed into a passion for interior design. She has developed a range of skills throughout her time at university, from using AutoCAD for detailed design, to Photoshop, SketchUp and model making to communicate ideas and show off her creative style. Freya currently designs kitchens and bathrooms which has given her valuable experience and skills, but her main ambition is to design for events, exhibitions and galleries.

Kyriaki is an ambitious third ye from Cyprus and she gpt accepted by University of Central Lancashire with the term of completing succesfully the Foundation year on Art, Design and Performance. Kyriaki had a passion about art and design from early age. At school, she followedts of Fine arts, Graphic Design and Architecture design, where she graduated with good grades. Kyria had her first experience as a designer, last summer when she was working in a company in Cyprus with other Interior Designers. She is skilledon AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3ds Max Design he also does hand drawn sketches.

Initially from a council estate in inner manchester, pushed to excel and reachthan anyone in the family, to assume a role in higher education. Moving from the family home and opening new horizons in a broader outlook of life. In addition playing on skills, enhanced concepts for design through problem solving, artistic creativity as well learning to use personal interests and classical illustrations through literature. This allows an expressive thought processes with personal touch.

Through genuine passion for design and Architecture Roses aim is to create designs that make sense and bring something fresh to the industry. Always striving to learn more and better her skill set continuously. As a lover of Design Rose works consciously not to stifle interests and projects as she believes that varied work experience has given her essential professional skills and knowledge that could not have been gained without completing such diverse projects. With three years of work experience from live projects to paid design jobs Rose will be graduating with already realised work and substantial comprehension of working as a Designer within industry.

 

Edyta Stankowska

Edyta Stankowska graduates interior design from Central University of Lancashire. Arriving from Poland at the age of 15, she began education in England where her art tutor noticed talent in her drawing skills and her innovative ideas. Edyta developed her passion for drawing, sketching and model making which led her to undertake interior design at University.  Edyta believes that passion is a key ingredient to study the practice of interior architecture – and of life. It is passion and courage to make innovative new ideas and a strong sense of self to take the next steps into the world, believing that you must always have faith in people and most importantly, you must always have faith in yourself.

Highly self-motivated individual, who likes to lead by example and inspire others to create success. Very positive, pro-active person that doesn’t give up on an idea if she believes it can be an improvement to the current task. A people person, who is very well organized and focused. Driven by success.

Nim, born and raised in Mauritius, started studying in UCLAN back in 2011 and has successfully developed her unique style. Throughout her childhood and into her young adult life, Nim trained eight times a week with the Mauritian National swim team. Her life experience has enabled her to gain valuable discipline and self-motivation skills. She has traveled around the world experiencing many different cultures and has found most of her inspiration from Scandinavia. Her fertile exotic background mixed with her international education has allowed cultivation of original ideas motivated by a strong passion for challenging the limits of contemporary perceptions.
